How to Stand in Your Power This Monday

Its MONDAY! Let’s freaking go! New week, new day, new possibilities. Here is the deal, you either dread. this day or you embrace this day. The choice is yours.

I choose to see the gift in Monday. I choose to find the joy within it. Even when I know that the day ahead may be hard. The week ahead may be hard. I am here for it.

I have realized that this day is mine to make of it. This day, this life is 100% my responsibility to live. How am I going to show up for myself? It is completely a choice…how do you show up on a Monday?
