Hello, I’m Torre Summers—small but mighty at 4′11 ½″, a proud Buckeye born and raised in the suburbs of Columbus, Ohio.
I’ve always lived life with equal parts boldness and creativity. Conceptual thinking and big ideas light me up (though you’ll never catch me doing math without a calculator!). I was born on a day rich with family history—sharing my birthday with both my grandfather and great-grandfather on my mother’s side—which feels like a meaningful thread in the tapestry of my life.
Steel Magnolias has been my favorite movie since forever, and in many ways, my life has mirrored it. My husband, Marc, is a three-time kidney transplant recipient, and together we’ve built a resilient, joy-filled family with our two children, Marin and Tucker, born almost exactly three years apart.
I’ve always had a love for performance and creativity—whether it was dancing on stage, signing with an agency for commercial and print work, or simply embracing the art of self-expression. Today, that passion shines through in my love of fashion, design, and all things home. From styling interiors and gardening to painting walls or even washing my own car, I believe in rolling up my sleeves and bringing beauty to everyday life.
My style has always been preppy/classic (monograms included!), but I’m equally enchanted by the artistry of high fashion—the craftsmanship, the vision, the soul. Tennis has been my lifelong sport since I was seven, and in my late 30s I pushed myself outside my comfort zone to become a distance runner—ultimately finishing a full 26.2 marathon, something I never thought possible.
Though I’m naturally extroverted, I also cherish quiet time at home, balancing both sides of who I am. My British heritage adds a layer of pride and tradition—I’m a lifelong Royal watcher and admirer of history.
Through it all, one thing is constant: I believe in living colorfully, living boldly, and living brightly.
